AndroDigm Park 2067 by JMJ Williamson

About AndroDigm Park 2067 by JMJ Williamson

A sci-fi thriller set in the near future — a dark hedonistic world controlled by giant cyber and media corporations.

When the CEO of the world’s largest android manufacturer is brutally murdered, Marshal Shelby is tasked with hunting down her assassins and those behind them. His investigation leads him to AndroDigm Park — a fantasy park for the super rich, where quests can literally live out their fantasies in a world populated with android creatures and human replicants. They can travel back in time to the days of Camelot, ride dragons, slay demons, and engage in any kind of debauchery they desire. If you’re rich enough, anything is possible at AndroDigm Park. But is it all about fun and games or is there something more sinister about the park and the people behind it?

Fear and violence escalate until society collapses.

An unlikely hero emerges.

Chaco is a well-educated freedom fighter on a death list in El Salvador. Having fled to the United States, he is in hiding by working for a wealthy couple as their handyman and gardener. The Measurements of Decay by K. K. Edin

About The Measurements of Decay by K. K. Edin

In the far future, Earth’s nearby star systems have been colonized. Outfitted with a device that allows them to escape into hallucinations at will, people spend most of their time withdrawn into their own minds. Tikan Solstafir, a renegade who refuses the illusory life enjoyed by others, lives in self-imposed exile on a starship. When a mysterious enemy attacks the ship, Tikan embarks on a mission to destroy the galactic tyranny and liberate humanity from its own dreams.

Meanwhile, in the 21st Century, a disillusioned philosopher believes that humanity’s collective misery originates in people’s failure to communicate with others and make sense of the world. Growing increasingly misanthropic and monomaniacal, he proceeds on a hermetic quest to save humanity from itself, while also succumbing to his own moral decline.

As these stories intertwine, a young girl reappears through various epochs, fleeting through Ancient Greece, Medieval Norway, Bolshevik Russia, among others. Unbound by time, Sielle has formed few attachments. Eventually thrust into Tikan’s world, she becomes unwillingly entangled in a political scheme spanning centuries.

An engrossing and multi-layered science fiction epic, The Measurements of Decay is K. K. Edin’s stunning debut. At once a tortured love letter to philosophy and a space opera spanning centuries, it is a novel of ideas wrapped in a cautionary tale.

Anna nearly dies at age four from the deadly Cacao virus. She survives, thanks to a mysterious red-headed poisonous krait. The medical community is excited because there is currently no known cure for the virus, but Anna’s krait, which she thinks a Red Angel sent to take her to heaven and her dead parents, is not the answer. She and her Red Angel have a symbiotic relationship that provides remission but not a cure. If she is ever separated from the krait, the virus will become active, and she will die within days.

Over the years, Anna comes to believe that the krait she calls Red not only keeps her alive but may contribute to her outstanding performance in school and her ability to solve puzzles.

Recognizing her talent, the Naval Intelligence Agency, NIA, hires her and assigns her to an elite team tasked with tracking down interstellar smugglers. The smuggling cartel is quick to retaliate. Sixteen-year-old Josh Driscoll lives in the Station, a city constructed one kilometer beneath the surface of a frozen, lifeless earth. Forced to enroll as a novice monk at the Station’s resident monastery as punishment for stealing a space suit and traveling to the surface, Josh is gradually drawn into ancient texts which hint at the city’s origins, now lost in the mists of time.

Earth Interstellar: Proxy War by Scott Olen Reid

About Earth Interstellar: Proxy War by Scott Olen Reid

Earth’s first interstellar war is a non-stop rollercoaster ride of action, technology, and hidden agendas.

When Commander Mary Kree and the XSS Cousteau make First Contact with the Rheas, a pre-space flight alien race, it creates an opportunity for humanity to finally become the dominant partner in an interstellar relation after 300 years of paying tribute to their benefactor, the Vrene.

Humanity will make the Rheas a vassal species to humans in the same way the humans are a vassal race to the Vrene.

Only the Chzek already have a claim on the Rheas, who they want to enslave to serve their empire. And unknown to the humans, the Chzek are long-time enemies of the Vrene.

Without a choice, humanity and a Chzek vassal race are made the proxies of their more advanced benefactors and fight Earth’s first interstellar war.

Questions arise as Commander Kree and others realize the Vrene were preparing Earth to fight this war with their enemy for hundreds of years. Did their “benefactor” set them up to fight a war they do not want and cannot afford? Or, did the Vrene do them a favor preparing them for a war they were already destined to fight as the Chzek expand their empire?
